We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition — no highlights, damage, or missing pages.
- Items must be in their original packaging where applicable.
- Digital or downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hussain@sadeembook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to our address: Street 227, Abu Fatira, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Kuwait 47083.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
